Fools Like Us Page 12

“Are you? The workaholic is taking time for himself. I don’t believe it.” Tarik said incredulous.

I harrumphed and twisted my lips. “Shut up. I’ve got good reason now. I got a man.”

“What?” Covers shuffling and a chair being moved sounded in the background. “Oh, my Gods, you do? Wait, I want to hear everything. Where did you find him? Is it serious? Is the sex good? He’s not out for your money, is he?”

“Slow down.” I chuckled, propping my feet up on my desk. “I found him at a casino. He was dancing on a bar. It is very serious. The sex is off the charts and no he isn’t after my money. In fact, he doesn’t like me spending it on him.”

“I see. Should I have Moosha look into him?”

“No. Let your prince be. My Courtney is sweet and innocent. No need to get Moosha, the FBI agent, all involved.”

“All right. Just let us know if you do. So his name is Courtney?”

“Yes. And…” I twiddled with my fingers on how much I should tell my best friend. Tarik and I didn’t keep secrets from each other, but… what would he say about all this?

  “And?”

  “I married him.”

  “You, wha? You married him?”

“Yes.” Within about five minutes, I rattled off the cliff notes version then waited for his reaction.

“Daddy/boy, hmm? I love it. Not sure why you got hitched, but…”

“To enhance our commitment to each other. Also, because he lives so far away.”

“Yes, well. You know what I did to follow my prince/FBI agent. But then McNamara Hollis wouldn’t have either of its creators aboard. Why won’t he follow you?”

“He’s teaching at a college. He loves what he does. I can’t take that away from him.”

“No, but you can convince him since he’s your boy. I’d play up that pampering thing to get him to bend. Turn up the heat in the bedroom to make him realize he can’t live a moment without you.”

“Listen to you, Mr. dating counselor.”

“Oh stuff it, man. You’re really into him, and if it’s true vice versa, why not? You wouldn’t just marry anyone, so…”

“Right. He isn’t just anyone. Courtney is the man of my dreams.”

“Then the man of your dreams should follow you to the ends of the earth. Seems like I called at the right time, didn’t I?”

“You always do.” I straightened in my chair. “Am I gonna need a drink for this lecture?”

“No. Not unless you want one.” Tarik snorted. “Listen, Chance, sounds like you’re into this man more than you realized. Can you really live that far away from him and have it mean something?”

“If I put my mind to it, I could, but… I don’t want to.”

“Then get him out of the small town into Vegas. He’s a teacher who could easily find work at one of the colleges. Nevada, UNLV, any community school.”

“There’s gonna be push back, Tarik.”

“If there is, he’s not the right boy for you. Not saying he should drop everything immediately, but he needs to have his sights on eventually following you back to Vegas. Moosha and I aren’t in the lifestyle, but we know people that are. I’ve even known a couple of long-distance relationships, but they always made sure they put a limit on how much time they were apart and set a date for permanent reunion. Now, I must say, you marrying your boy before getting those things hooked up is unique. Just like you to do something irrational.”

“Maybe. I… I dunno, I think I might’ve treated it like a collar I suppose. I figured the ring would keep my boy in line and make him realize how important we could be to each other.”

  “Does he know that?”

“I think so, but maybe I should reinforce that when we talk.”

“Yes, you should, but do it in person. And if he’s not ready, maybe you should let him walk away until he is.”

That last part hurt, but Tarik was right. I had said that to myself before we got married, but I was so scared of him rejecting me and walking out, I didn’t voice my concern.

  “Chance?”

“I got you, Tarik and you couldn’t be more right.” I twisted my titanium ring around my finger and sighed. “I’m going to see him tomorrow night and we’re having that talk.”

“Good. And if you need a shoulder to cry on, don’t hesitate to call, yeah?”

I smiled. “Thanks, man. So, um… that accent?”

  “What accent?”

“The proper Queen’s English one. You sure it isn’t rubbing off on you?”

“Maybe. In a good way though. I love my Moosha. The bastard has me wrapped around his finger so tight I might as well live there.”

I nodded, knowing exactly what Tarik was saying. “I so feel you there, friend. I really do.”

The conversation with Tarik lasted another hour. He sounded happy being with Moosha, the given nickname other than Sheik since his real one was too difficult to pronounce.

Admittedly, I was a little jealous that Tarik dropped everything to be with his man, but the more I realized it, the situations were much different. Tarik was older and willing to do so, while Courtney wasn’t. If I wanted things to move along with my boy, I’d have to convince him to move to Vegas. It might take a lot but hopefully, Courtney would understand.

Once I arrived home, I took a quick shower and dressed in my sweatpants along with a matching wifebeater. These were the comfortable clothes, and the easiest to move around during a mutual jerkoff session.

Not that hungry, I opted for some fruit and a couple bottles of water as a light snack. When the minute changed to double zero, I pressed speed dial one. When it connected, I turned on the video chat and waited for Courtney to appear.

“Hey Daddy.” He waved and lay down in the bed.

  “Are you naked, babe.”

“Uh huh. See?” Courtney whipped the cover off, revealing his gorgeous abs. The belly ring shimmered under the lights.

“Fuck, baby boy.” Just seeing him caused a jolt under my sweats. I placed my apple down on the side table and yanked my sweats down, allowing my swollen dick to pop out.

Courtney gasped and tugged his own dick. “Shit, Daddy. I think this is going to be a short call.”

“Not… nnn… ot a short one, sweetheart. Just, not sure how long I’ll be able to hold on. I’ve been keeping this hard on the majority of the day for you. Have you done the same for me?”

Courtney sighed, flashing a lazy grin. “I… well, not really. I sort of came in the shower earlier. I didn’t jerk off, just let the shower head hit my cock.”

I laughed, thinking of his ingenious way to not totally break the rules. “What did Daddy say? Those orgasms are mine.”

Courtney’s eyes went wide, and he covered his mouth with his freehand. “Yes, yes, I know. I’m sorry Daddy. I failed you. I couldn’t help myself though. I started thinking about your sexy body and what I wanted to do to it once you got here.”

“All right. Something tells me you like the spankings, so I’m gonna have to think of something a little more…strict.”

  “Like?” Courtney cocked an eyebrow.

“Not going to tell you. Just know when it happens, you won’t deliberately disobey me again.”

  “Daddy?”

“Yeah. I was making plans, but, since you have some of your own, share those with me. What do you want to do to Daddy when I get there?”

Courtney nibbled on his lip and exhaled. He leaned back and changed positions, prompting a rustling of covers in the background. Then he was gone from the picture.

  “Courtney?”

“Sorry. I needed to move the phone, so you’d get a good look at me while I do this.” He leaned back on the pillow and turned to the side. Obviously, he’d propped his cell up because both hands were in the picture. “I’ve been thinking of the last time we made love before I left Vegas.” Courtney spat on his hand, stroking himself, while the other toyed with what I’d guessed was his hole. “Not the quickie, but that morning wh
en I woke you with a blowjob.”

“Oooh.” I stroked my cock from base to tip, moving the foreskin. Already dripping pre-cum, Courtney probably wouldn’t be able to finish his story before I came. “Tell me, baby boy.”

Courtney toyed with it, making it flop against his stomach. He bit his lip. “I loved tasting you Daddy, rubbing my nose under your balls, letting your pubes tickle my nostrils and my tongue. Then sucking them one by one before taking your shaft down my throat.”

Hearing that last part, my breaths hitched, and I swallowed hard. With my arousal coming to a head, literally, I could barely find the words. “Gooo…on.”

“You taste airy or earthy, especially, your cum. I had a mouthful of you, not letting any of it spill.” Courtney licked around his lips and clicked his tongue against his teeth. “You hadn’t finished in about two minutes, spurting down my throat, so I got up quickly, and eased down for you to finish inside of me. You didn’t get soft for a while, Daddy. I clamped your chest, sharing cum with you while riding the rest out of you, making you spray my guts with your delicious release.”

“Fuck, baby.” I fisted my cock like a piston and closed my eyes as I trembled from my own climax. I clenched my teeth together, waiting for the orgasm to overtake me, for the earthquake of my emotions to shatter me.

  Shit.

“Oh god, Daddy. Can I come now, please? I’m so fucking hard. I can’t stand it!” Courtney’s moans filled the room since I had the volume to the highest level. If anything, they made me come harder. So much so, I didn’t realize how much I’d spilled on my pants or my stomach.

“Yeah, baby boy.” I opened my eyes and licked my fingers watching Courtney buck off the mattress, spraying his own belly, chest, all the way up to his neck. A few of the spurts touched his lips, making me wish I was there to lick it off. When he opened his lovely blues, they welled with small tears. His face pinked, and bottom lip slightly swollen from his own biting.

  “Damn, baby. That was…”

Courtney heaved in air and flopped his hand atop his forehead. “I miss you so much, Daddy. I need you here. I’m sorry for coming without you, but dang.”

“I know, baby. We’ll make up for the few days apart. We’ve also got a lot to talk about when I get there. Things we have to settle.”

Courtney nodded. “Yes, we do.” He continued licking his own release off his hand, eyes heavy lidded. His expression was telling, perhaps something else was on his mind.

  What bothered him in Vegas?

Just then I recalled Erick saying if something came up that might potentially ruin our relationship what would happen. Not until the talk with Tarik did I realize both of us had some truths to tell. I hoped we could discuss them and find a way to make it work.

  Chapter Fourteen

  Courtney

Friday came. I’d spent the entire day making sure everything was perfect. The red wine I’d picked, the same one we sipped at the Espire. Soft soulful R&B music, our dinner, my favorite dish I cooked myself as well as my clothing, which I hoped would end up on the floor when we finished. I had to stay positive in thinking my Daddy and I would make a compromise that worked for us both.

Despite offering to pick him up at the airport, Chancellor refused, saying he wanted his boy to stay at home and wait for him. He also let me know, he’d be staying an extra day lying in bed waiting on me to return, making me enormously happy.

As the time ticked away, I was too nervous to take calls, including Mom and my friends. I’d talked to my Mom again yesterday, along with Rory who I’d cursed out on the phone, prompting him to hang up. I knew our friendship would get back on track, but for now I thought it best to keep our distance. He wouldn’t get the chance to chew Chancellor out.

  Not this time.

Will there be a next time?

Worried, I paced the floor, repeatedly, not able to sit still. How would he react when I told him about my crazy ex. And me using that as a prime reason to be married? I hoped he’d forgive me. Only a matter of time before I found out the truth.

Just as I’d worn out the tiles in the floor, my doorbell rang. I inhaled, then release, chanting a silent prayer as I walked to the door. I straightened my tie. “Who is it?”

  “It’s Daddy.”

I grinned and opened the door, seeing Chancellor on my front stoop. I hopped in his arms, making him drop his bags and the flowers he had in hand, kissing him as if there was no tomorrow. I ground my body against his, needing him skin on skin, but dinner and talking first. Still I couldn’t help wanting him. “I have plenty of flowers.” I covered his mouth with mine again.

“You can never have enough, and I missed you too.” Chancellor said against my lips, cradling my ass in his palms. “I don’t mind the PDA, but your neighbors might.”

I laughed and wiggled out of his hold. I tilted my head to move my bangs from my face. “I know. I… fuck I missed you, Daddy. When I left you the day before yesterday…”

“I know. I felt the same way.” Chancellor took my hand and pressed a kiss to it. “I should’ve told you to wait for me naked, but you look great in this outfit.”

“Thanks, but clothing is better so we can talk.”

“Right.” Chancellor shrugged, picking up his bags and the flowers. I helped him with a couple more.

“What is all this? It looks like you’re staying a week.” I said, laughing.

“I am, baby… As… as long as you still want that.”

After closing the door, I dropped the bags on the side. “What? Of course, I do. I… want you, Chancellor, Daddy… I really do.”

Chancellor smiled and kissed my lips quickly. “For now, let’s just be Chancellor and Courtney, okay?”

I nodded, wondering what that was about.

“And if what you say is true, let’s make sure we’re on the same page.”

“All right.” I squeezed his hand, leading him to my secondhand sofa. To his credit, Chancellor didn’t frown or anything, just sat down next to me, still holding my hand. “I have some truth to tell you.”

“Me too.” Chancellor’s eyes were a little glassy. He appeared slightly worn out. What could it have been that was bothering him?

  Was he married already?

  Oh Goddess!

  A boyfriend?

Some other awful truth that might make me run like I did from Brad.

  Fuck.

I gulped hard, watching his expressions, waiting for words to spill out. I was falling hard for this man. I wanted him to be mine, no matter what. “You first then. And just know, anything you say won’t drive me away. I want this, baby. I want you.”

Chancellor bowed his head, and exhaled. “I rushed this marriage and for that I am sorry.”

“What? No, well…” Since we were telling truths. “Maybe, but it wasn’t a bad idea, babe. I care for you.”

“Are you sure? I… fuck. The more I thought about it, the more I thought I cornered you into it. I presented marriage and I’m not sure that’s what you ultimately wanted. I really thought getting hitched would make it easier to lay claim to you. To solidify our relationship without knowing each other, to enhance the Daddy/boy situation. Almost like a collaring, but I’m not into that. I wanted the connection, the lifestyle that involves taking control, making decisions, because I’m good at it, but I shouldn’t have forced you into marriage, thinking it would solve our issues. This long-distance thing doesn’t work. Not for me, anyway.”

“Yeah. Not for me either. I can’t stop thinking about you.”

“Really, though? I mean, we fucked, we got married, and when you left, it was as if my whole world came crashing down around me. I couldn’t think, sleep, or barely eat. My secretary said I looked like a space cadet, and they were right. I missed you, Courtney. I fucking thought marrying you would give me a peace of mind to think I had you. That knowing you were in Carrollton with my ring on, would be enough. It wasn’t. It still isn’t. So.” Chancellor moved closer to me and kissed my hand. “I want
you to tell me if this is really what you want. Forget about the Daddy/boy lifestyle for now. Do you really want me as your husband, first? If you do, then we can move backwards and start from there. Get to know each other more. If you don’t, we need to get this annulled, and move on.”

“No, no, Chancellor. I want you. Oh Goddess.” I hopped into his arms, hugging him tight to my body. “I don’t want this to be over. I want you as my husband, and my Daddy, but…” I moved back so I could talk. “I will say that when we began, I had an ulterior motive.”

Chancellor bowed his head and squeezed my hand. “All right, and that is.”

“Well.” I swallowed hard, dropping my gaze. “I wanted to be your boy, and, get away from someone else in my past.”

Chancellor cocked an eyebrow. “Really? Who is this someone?”

“My ex-boyfriend, Brad. See. I’ve dated quite a few people. Brad had always been a standby when I didn’t get what I needed from someone else. I couldn’t find anything close to love, the desire to be controlled, pampered, and the great sex. He was the closest I’d gotten to having it all. I hadn’t stumbled upon my knight in shining armor until I met you.”

The crinkles around his eyes appeared. He brought my hand up to his lips and kissed it. “Baby why didn’t you tell me?”

“Because he’s a nut. Not like a dangerous nut, I don’t think, but I didn’t want you to run away, knowing I’d left someone behind. I didn’t want you to think you were a rebound. When essentially, that’s what you were. I thought if I took the marriage proposal, I could learn to love you, and forget about him. I’ve forgotten, but I should’ve been honest with you about Brad as you said. I…” I wiped away a tear. “I’m sorry. Please don’t leave me, Chancellor. I want to be your husband, your man. I want to make it up to you.”

Chancellor shrugged and lifted my chin, kissing it. “Sounds like we both made a hasty decision, based on what we wanted most of all. I wanted an in with you, you wanted an out from Brad.” Chancellor rubbed my shoulders. “It’s okay, well actually it’s not, but I honestly thought it was much worse.”
